Beyond Menopause at the Women's Emotional Wellness Center

Navigating mid-life transitions can feel overwhelming, but the right support can help you move forward with confidence. At the Women's Emotional Wellness Center, our Beyond Menopause open process and skill-building group is uniquely designed to support women transitioning through mid-life with a focus on:
- Receiving emotional support and processing mental health challenges related to navigating the Perimenopause through Post-menopausal stages of life
- Exploring and understanding the physiological ways emotions are impacted
- Developing and implementing healthy coping strategies to improve self-care, set healthy boundaries and navigate changes in body and mind
- Meeting other local women to share and receive support
- Utilizing our virtual platform to participate from the comfort of your own home
Together, we create a space for support, growth and healing — so you can approach this stage of life with clarity, strength and a sense of community.

You will first be scheduled for a screening appointment to determine if this group is right for you. Following your initial screening, you will receive a Zoom link and you may join the group at any time.
