Main Line Health earns Great Place To Work® certification for fourth consecutive year

The confidential survey was randomly sent to 5,000 colleagues. The certification is based entirely on current employees’ feedback about their experiences working at Main Line Health. To be certified as a Great Place To Work, an organization must have a minimum Trust Index survey score, which is a benchmarked view of the key drivers of a great workplace.
