David L. Rubenstein, MD
Dr. Rubenstein is a fellowship-trained sports medicine surgeon specializing in shoulder, knee, and elbow injuries. He sees patients with a wide range of sports-related injuries, including shoulder instability, rotator cuff tears, overuse injuries such as tennis elbow, tears of the ACL, MCL, and meniscus, and other soft tissue injuries. He is director of sports medicine at Lankenau Medical Center and serves as the sports medicine physician for The Haverford School, The Shipley School, and Friends Central School. Dr. Rubenstein has served as a team physician for a number of professional sports teams, including the Philadelphia Phillies, 76ers, Soul, Wings, and Freedom women’s pro-tennis team, among others.
