Main Line Health Physician Partners (Clinically Integrated Network)
Main Line Health Physician Partners (MLHPP) is a free, non‑exclusive clinically integrated network that unites physicians and Main Line Health to improve care quality, efficiency, and value. It supports practices through performance-based contracts, access to narrow‑network patients, and resources for value‑based care.
Transfer center
The Transfer Center at Main Line Health is staffed by registered nurses who understand the complexities of the acutely ill patient as well as the non-emergent transfer for ongoing care. Our nurses communicate with the referring physicians and staff to provide a one call solution for patient transfer.
Physician relations
Our physician relations team helps referring providers streamline patient referrals and stay connected with Main Line Health services and clinicians. They offer facilitated access, physician‑to‑physician communication, education, and support for any needs or concerns during a patient’s care.
Medical affairs
The Medical Affairs Office serves as the liaison between the medical staff and the rest of the Main Line Health System and oversees and coordinates all of Main Line Health’s medical operations and staffing concerns.
