Practice Philosophy

Shady Grove Fertility's demonstrated success is predicated on its ability to integrate three primary missions: to provide clinical services, to teach, and to research. Many would argue that Shady Grove Fertility has carried out each of these three missions with great care and success over its nearly 25 year history, growing to become the nation's largest fertility center, performing over 6,000 in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles, including over 1,000 egg donation cycles, and an equal number of ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles annually.

We believe in fostering a culture of excellence through investment in the latest technology to improve clinical outcomes, by offering innovative financial programs to help more people afford treatment, and by making the commitment to hire, train, and retain staff who are not only experienced but also passionate, loyal, and highly committed to patient care. To encourage continuous innovation, we monitor our performance closely, enabling us to make immediate adaptations and improvements on any level.
