Ajit S. Jada, MD
Dr. Jada is a board certified neurosurgeon with fellowship training in complex and minimally invasive spine surgery. After earning a medical degree at University of Toledo College of Medicine, Dr. Jada completed his neurological surgery residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed two spine fellowships. The first in minimally invasive spine surgery at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and a fellowship in complex spine surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.Dr. Jada specializes leading-edge surgical and intraoperative techniques for treating adult spinal disease, including motion-sparing and artificial disc replacement procedures. He is also highly trained in advanced neurosurgical management of spinal and intracranial tumors and trauma.Dr. Jada is devoted to an individualized approach to each patient's care that takes into account the patient's age and goals for treatment. These factors are considered prior to any surgery and help tailor the treatment approach. He is committed to care coordination at every step, from preoperative evaluation to postoperative rehabilitation.Dr. Jada's expertise includes adult spinal deformity; degenerative spinal disease including herniated or degenerated disc and spinal stenosis; tumors of the spine, spinal cord, and brain; trauma including spine fracture, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury; and spinal pain.
