Main Line Health introduces new awareness campaign

Inside Main Line Health
Be seen campaign

A letter from Main Line Health President & CEO Jack Lynch

Every day at Main Line Health, we are charged with a great responsibility: to provide a superior patient experience for you—our patients, neighbors, friends and communities. This is more than a responsibility—it is an honor.

When it comes to health care, we know that you have many options for where to seek care. That’s why we’re grateful that you’ve trusted us with your care for generations. We’ve been honored to be there for some of the most poignant times in your life, from celebrating a new baby to guiding you through moments of uncertainty and distress.

It’s moments like these that highlight the humanity of health care. When you’re at your most vulnerable, we see hope, we see options and—most importantly—we see you. That’s the idea behind our new awareness campaign, which makes a single, succinct promise to our patients and community: At Main Line Health, you will Be seen.

Be seen is about more than giving you access to clinicians, care and facilities that understand and meet your health care needs. It’s also a reminder that when you’re a patient at one of our hospitals, health centers or physician offices, you’re not a number or a chart; you’re an individual who can expect personalized and compassionate care. To us, you’re not just a patient, you’re an uncle, a neighbor, a sister, a parent, a friend.

Over the next several months, you’ll see and hear more from us about what it means to Be seen at Main Line Health. This is an exciting campaign for all of us at Main Line Health, and we’re equally excited to share this with our community. You can learn more about our Be seen promise by visiting mainlinehealth.org/beseen.

On behalf of the entire Main Line Health team, I want to thank you for your ongoing support. Our staff has been fortunate to serve the Philadelphia region for more than 100 years and we promise to continue to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and to promise that you will always Be seen.
