The food service department at Paoli Hospital received G.R.E.A.T. (Gluten-free Resource Education and Awareness Training) certification from the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness, ensuring the proper serving of gluten-free foods to both patients and guests. Patients admitted to Paoli and following a gluten-free diet will be hand-delivered a gluten-free menu specially created by our executive chef and registered dietitian.
