Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr Hospital and Paoli Hospital named among World’s Best Hospitals by Newsweek

Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr Hospital and Paoli Hospital have been recognized by Newsweek as among the World's Best Hospitals in its annual rankings for 2026. In Pennsylvania, Lankenau was ranked ninth (No. 131 nationally), Bryn Mawr 13th (No. 201 nationally) and Paoli 14th (No. 219 nationally) by the magazine, which based its analysis on recommendations of medical experts and various measures of patient experience and hospital quality. Newsweek also recognized all three acute care hospitals with Infection Prevention awards. Lankenau Medical Center and Bryn Mawr Hospital earned Newsweek's Patient Experience award, which recognizes hospitals that excel in communication, responsiveness, comfort and overall patient satisfaction.

17 nurses graduate from Palliative Care Nurses Fellowship

Seventeen nurses have graduated from Main Line Health's 2025 Palliative Care Nurse Fellowship. The fellowship's mission is to provide Main Line Health nurses with evidence-based, palliative-focused education that strengthens communication, enhances clinical skill and increases confidence in delivering compassionate care to patients and families facing life-limiting illness. Participation reflects a deep commitment to nursing excellence, transformational leadership, continuous learning and quality improvement.

Jacqueline Kernaghan, MS, PA-C, DFAAPA, FCPP Elected as a Fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia

Jacqueline Kernaghan, MS, PA-C, DFAAPA, FCPP was elected as a Fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia. Founded in 1787, the organization is the oldest medical institution of its kind in the United States. She is one of the first physician assistants to be inducted into this prestigious group. She will be formally inducted at a ceremony this spring.
