Catherine Dillane, MD

- Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, Heart and Vascular Care
Many heart problems can be prevented or managed with appropriate care tailored to the patient, but patient participation is key. As a cardiologist, I believe it is my duty to get patients involved in their own heart care. As part of this duty, I advise patients on the best treatments and tests available for their particular situation and make sure they fully understand why I am recommending those tests and treatments. In my experience, fully informed patients are better able to engage in their treatment plan and ultimately have better outcomes.
