This free exercise program for adults 55 and older includes strength training and stretching with modified yoga and chair tai chi. A sturdy chair without arms is also needed and space to move forward, back and side to side.

Participants must register 48 hours prior to each class (weekends and holidays are not included in the 48-hour registration). To register for a class or multiple classes, please email Michelle Geer at [email protected]. If you are new to the program, a signed waiver (which will be provided to you when you register for your first class) is required to participate.
