We recommend appropriate, loose-fitting clothes and sneakers for yoga and use of fitness center. Five to seven days of clothing is suitable—laundry machines are available on site. You’ll also want to bring seasonal outerwear, toiletries (alcohol-free) and reading material.
If you choose to bring your own bedding items, such as pillows or blankets, these items must be brand new and in their original store packaging.
We do not allow patients to use cell phones or other electronic equipment. We ask that you leave these items at home.
I know someone who needs help. How can I admit them?
We are not permitted to reach out to adults who may need care, and we can’t accept recommendations about who should receive care. Please let your loved one know that help is just one call away. We do have clinical staff trained to assist in having these discussions with your loved one.
