Rasiq Zackria, DO
Dr. Zackria is a board-certified gastroenterologist specializing in minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment of both cancerous and noncancerous conditions affecting the gastrointestinal (GI) system. This includes the GI tract—esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon and rectum—as well as the liver, pancreas, gallbladder and bile ducts. He has advanced fellowship training in endoscopic procedures. With the aid of specialized tools, Dr. Zackria performs biopsies, removes polyps and early cancers, opens blocked ducts, treats swallowing disorders and provides palliative care for patients with advanced GI cancers—all with a focus on safety, precision and minimal recovery time.
