Our practice is dedicated to providing compassionate care for women of all ages who suffer with pelvic floor disorders such as urinary and fecal incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. We are committed to evidence based medicine and provide state of the art surgical techniques. Our practice is the largest and oldest practice in urogynecology and female pelvic medicine in the immediate Philadelphia area, and consists of board certified sub-specialists in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, continence nurse specialists and physical therapist. We provide an extensive choice of office based therapy, such a biofeedback, and neuromodulation in addition to traditional surgical approaches. Dr. Berger is a specialist in female pelvic floor disorders. He is board certified in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, as well as obstetrics and gynecology. Prior to joining Urogynecology Associates of Philadelphia, Dr. Berger was an associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Michigan. He was also a member of the Pelvic Floor Research Group and was director of surgical services for the Michigan Bowel Control Program, a multidisciplinary program specializing in diagnosis, treatment, and research of disorders of the pelvic floor..
