About
David A. Bernstein, DPM, FACFAS, FACFAS
I was born at Bryn Mawr Hospital as were our children. Main Line Health is my home and this health system has cared for family for many years. I joined Bryn Mawr Hospital in 1983 and I am proud to be there along with Paoli Hospital. My brother, Dr. Philip Bernstein, DPM, and I have practiced for over 30 years in our Wayne and Paoli offices. I graduated from Radnor High School, Gettysburg College and Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. My surgery residency was completed in the San Francisco Bay Area where I met and married my wife, Janet, in 1982. I am board-certified in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery and pediatrics is a significant part of my practice. I have been honored to be chief of podiatry for Main Line Health and the director for the podiatric residency program.
