Caitlin is a licensed professional counselor with extensive experience in residential and outpatient treatment working with individuals across the lifespan. She has widespread experience working with women, families, and members of the LGBT community experiencing compounded challenges including substance use, attachment issues, and criminal justice involvement. Caitlin practices from a social justice framework to confront patriarchal structures that expose interpersonal violence, custody disputes, parenting conflicts, and feelings of worth and confidence. She is driven to empower individuals to be the agent of change in their lives using solution-focused, existential, psychodynamic and Rogerian approaches within the counseling relationship.
Caitlin graduated with honors from Wagner College in psychology and with honors in clinical counseling psychology from La Salle University. She is an approved clinical supervisor, a national certified counselor, and is also a certified trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapist. Caitlin is honored to work with the Women's Emotional Wellness Center team to continue her mission of empowering individuals to take back their lives.
