Cauli-Ceasar dressing

Ingredients

  • One 8 oz Wegmans 'Food You Feel Good About' cauliflower puree
  • 1 tbsp water
  • ½ cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Juice of 1 lemon (2–3 tbsp)
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp anchovy paste (optional)

Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
