Carrot ginger dressing

Ingredients

  • One 8 oz container Wegmans 'Food You Feel Good About' carrot puree
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup white onion, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • ½ tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp ginger paste
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 2–3 tbsp)

Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
