Mary Ann Martin, RD, LDN, CDE

Outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapist/Certified Diabetes Educator

Mary Ann is a registered, licensed dietitian with Main Line Health. A graduate of a four-year accredited college with completion of an internship, Mary Ann has also received additional education/certification in the areas of pediatric weight management and diabetes education. These credentials enable her to offer education to a wide variety of individuals with various health concerns and conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, gastrointestinal issues, osteoporosis, gestational diabetes, pregnancy, cancer, weight management, unintentional weight loss, malnutrition and more. Mary Ann's experience working with patients in the hospital setting brings additional knowledge to the outpatient setting. She provides nutritional guidance and counseling and develops individualized meal plans that assist patients in making whatever adjustments are needed to promote the dietary management of an existing health concern and/or to support those seeking health wellness.

Lynn W. Nichols, RD, LDN, CDE

Outpatient Dietitian

Lynn is an Outpatient Dietitian at Main Line Health. In addition to counseling clients, she coordinates the nutritional education materials for individual and group sessions. Lynn participates in several outreach programs to help educate the community and health care professionals about healthy nutrition and managed the New Direction® program for more than 10 years at Main Line Health. Lynn earned her Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College and received her Certified Diabetes Educator status in 2011. A member of Who’s Who, American Diabetes Association and the American Dietetic Association, Lynn has extensive experience in the dietetics field, in Food Service Director and various consultant positions for hospitals and doctors.
