Admissions & Business Development Team
Mirmont Treatment Center has been providing individualized treatment for people with substance use and mental health disorders since 1985. Our Business Development and Admissions teams play an integral part in the process of patients of connecting patients with treatment. They are the first point of contact for patients, loved ones, and referents and are focused on compassionately educating people on treatment options and guiding them to a solution.

Jacqueline Bramble, LSW

Jacqueline "Jackie" Bramble, LSW is an account manager and has worked in the behavioral health field for over 13 years. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in social work from Widener University. Working with those struggling with substance abuse has been at the heart of it for Jackie. Substance abuse was her primary focus throughout her years as a clinician in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Jaclyn Dugan, CRS
Account Manager
Jaclyn Dugan, CRS, is an account manager at Mirmont Treatment Center partnering with referral sources to streamline access to care and connect individuals to the appropriate level of support. Having previously served as Manager of Clinical Support Services at Mirmont and as a Certified Recovery Specialist, she brings over a decade of experience in substance use and mental health care, offering a compassionate, clinically informed perspective for patients and referral partners.
Zackary Ferry

Zackary Ferry is an account manager passionate about connecting individuals with the resources they need for mental health and substance use recovery. As someone in long-term recovery, he brings years of experience in behavioral health and a dedication to helping others heal and thrive.
Before joining Main Line Health, Zackary played a pivotal role in opening Delaware's first two Recovery Cafés, creating safe, welcoming spaces for individuals in recovery. He also collaborated with organizations, treatment centers and community partners across Delaware and beyond to improve access to care and support recovery journeys. As a motivational speaker, Zackary is committed to reducing stigma around mental health and substance use disorders. Leveraging a strong network of community and healthcare partners, he focuses on promoting wellness, education and empowerment.
Through his work, Zackary strives to make a lasting impact, guiding individuals to navigate challenges and achieve life-changing recovery.
