Main Line Health named official healthcare provider for the 2026 US Amateur Championship
BRYN MAWR, Pa. — When world-class sporting events come to the Philadelphia region, they turn to Main Line Health. The System has been named the official healthcare provider for the 2026 U.S. Amateur Championship, one of the most prestigious amateur golf tournaments in the world.
The 126th U.S. Amateur Championship, conducted by the United States Golf Association (USGA), will be held Aug. 10–16, 2026, at Merion Golf Club in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, with stroke-play rounds also taking place at Philadelphia Country Club. The championship features many of the world's top amateur golfers competing for one of the most prestigious titles in the sport.
As the championship's official healthcare provider, Main Line Health will deliver comprehensive on-site medical coverage throughout tournament week. Physicians, nurses, advanced practice providers and other clinical professionals will staff medical locations across the championship grounds to provide care for players, caddies, volunteers, spectators, staff and USGA personnel.
