Main Line Health welcomes Erin Booker as Executive Director of Mirmont Treatment Center

Main Line Health is pleased to announce that Erin Booker, LPC, will join Main Line Health as the new Executive Director of Mirmont Treatment Center, effective November 11. Erin most recently served as Chief Biopsychosocial Officer at ChristianaCare.

“Erin’s experience leading behavioral health and population health initiatives uniquely positions her to guide Mirmont Treatment Center into its next chapter,” said Deborah Cunningham, Vice President of Behavioral Health for Main Line Health. “Her deep understanding of the complex challenges in addiction treatment and her proven ability to build partnerships that drive meaningful change will be instrumental as we strengthen access, enhance outcomes and advance whole-person recovery.”

In this role, Erin will be responsible for guiding the strategic planning, development and growth of inpatient and outpatient programs, ensuring delivery of patient-centered care. Her work oversees the financial, administrative and clinical operations that drive organizational success and ensure that Main Line Health continues to meet the needs of patients, colleagues and the communities we serve.

Erin is a results-oriented leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing population health, behavioral health integration and community engagement across large health systems and public health organizations. She is a collaborative leader, known for designing innovative programs that address social determinants and improve health equity.

Under her dynamic and progressive leadership at ChristianaCare, Erin implemented population health strategies to reduce disease incidence and improve outcomes through addressing health disparities. She led the organization’s behavioral health strategy and operations, overseeing a multi-disciplinary team focused on advancing innovative care delivery models across four states. Erin has been recognized for her ability to work with healthcare, government and community partners. “I am excited for the opportunity to lead Mirmont Treatment Center forward and continue the exceptional work of delivering person-centered behavioral healthcare," Erin said.

Erin held numerous progressive roles at ChristianaCare over a decade-long career with the system. Prior to her role as Chief Biopsychosocial Officer, she served as the Vice President of Behavioral Health and Social Care Integration and Medical Group Operations.

Erin earned a Master of Science in mental health counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Utica College of Syracuse University.
