Main Line Health names five new Trustees to Board of Governors

Main Line Health has named Colleen Arnold, Dave Burkavage, Nicole LeVine, Andrew Pennoni and Lori Reiner as new Trustees to Main Line Health’s Board of Governors, effective July 1, 2025.

With extensive backgrounds in the public utility, construction and finance sectors, Arnold, Burkavage, LeVine, Pennoni and Reiner join the volunteer governing body responsible for overseeing and guiding the non-profit health system.

Dave Burkavage

Colleen Arnold is President of the Aqua division of Essential Utilities Inc., where she leads an organization of over 1,300 employees and ensures the safe, reliable operations of more than 1,500 water systems and 200 wastewater systems over an eight-state footprint. Additionally, she is responsible for execution of a greater than $800 million capital budget. Arnold has more than 30 years of experience in environmental engineering and utility operations management, as well as an extensive background and education in water quality. She began her career as a consultant engineer with two top tier firms where she provided services to water and wastewater utilities in New York City, Philadelphia and throughout the country.

Arnold earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Massachusetts, master’s degree in environmental engineering from Manhattan College and executive MBA from Villanova University.

Nicole LeVine

Dave Burkavage is an assurance partner and the Philadelphia Office Managing Partnerat EY. Burkavage has over 23 years of experience, and has served numerous public and private clients, including diversified manufacturing, consumer, technology, technology services, private equity, venture capital, and health and life sciences companies. Burkavage has significant accounting, auditing, reporting and transaction experience, including experience with numerous significant business combinations for public and private companies, and numerous initial public offerings, secondary offerings and financings.

Burkavage earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master's degree in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.

Nicole LeVine serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at PECO. LeVine is an accomplished energy leader recognized for driving record-breaking performance and innovative solutions in the utility industry. She oversees strategic and operational initiatives and more than 3,000 PECO employees to deliver exceptional safety, reliability and customer satisfaction to more than 1.7 million electric and 550,000natural gas customers. From her engineering roots to executive leadership, LeVine embodies a commitment to innovation, operational excellence and community-driven energy solutions.

Andrew Pennoni

LeVine holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Delaware.

Andrew Pennoni serves as Regional Vice President for construction services for Pennoni. With over 30 years of engineering experience, he brings expertise in civil engineering, construction management, inspection, materials testing and design. In his current role, Andrew leads the strategic growth, operational excellence and quality initiatives of the firm’s Construction Services group.

A licensed professional engineer in multiple states, Andrew has held numerous industry certifications from organizations including the American Welding Society, the American Concrete Institute, and the International Code Council among others. He earned degrees in civil engineering and architectural engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University.

Lori Reiner, CPA

Lori Reiner, CPA, is a strategic advisor, board director, and former CPA Audit Partner with deep expertise in M&A, talent strategy and scaling professional services firms. A member of EisnerAmper’s Executive Committee and the firm’s first Chief People Officer, she helped lead the organization through significant growth — integrating multiple acquisitions and fostering a people-first culture. As Partner-in-Charge of the Philadelphia office, Lori drove strong revenue growth, expanded market presence and consolidated operations into a flagship Center City location. She began her career as a CPA Audit Partner and became a trusted advisor to private and PE-backed companies navigating M&A, business risk and financial strategy across sectors including B2B services, technology, real estate and healthcare.

Reiner earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Temple University.
