Main Line Health King of Prussia officially opens its doors today
Health center specializes in providing unique care for women

But this facility is not just about the bricks and mortar, services or amenities. It’s about the people providing the care, each dedicated to improving lives every day.”

Main Line Health King of Prussia will also house a second office for the Women’s Emotional Wellness Center, expanding the specialized outpatient behavioral health services provided to women and their families. Services include individual and group counseling, post-partum depression care, and mindfulness therapies, including yoga.
“This center represents the culmination of an innovative and collaborative process born more than four years ago to help bring the finest, most convenient and complete health care for women under one roof,” says Alan Silverberg, MD, VP of medical affairs, Axia Women's Health Pennsylvania.
While the Women’s Specialty Center seeks to meet the health care needs of women, Main Line Health King of Prussia offers care for all members of the community. Additional services located at King of Prussia include:

“Main Line Health King of Prussia serves as a destination for coordinated care, helping patients navigate their appointments, tests and treatments for optimal wellness,” says Donna Phillips, president of Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital and the senior executive of ambulatory and professional services, Main Line Health. “This health center reinforces Main Line Health’s commitment to reinvesting in our communities, furthering our mission of improving the quality of life of all those we serve.”
Main Line Health King of Prussia also features Aneu Kitchen & Juicery, a teaching kitchen, interactive wellness classes, The Wellness Porch–a boutique, wellness-focused retail store, and complimentary parking. A 6,500 square foot rooftop farm will also be built and will have its own professional farmer. The produce grown on the farm will be donated to a local university, to the community of Norristown and used in the center’s cooking classes and other events. Additionally, Main Line Health has collected pieces of fabric from community members to contribute to a “Fabric of the Community” tapestry art project. The work of art—and the personal stories that go with them—are featured on the fifth floor of Main Line Health King of Prussia.
The construction manager for Main Line Health King of Prussia was IMC Construction; the architect/interior designer was Nelson Worldwide; the women’s specialty consultant was Susan Black, Perkins Eastman Black; and the development manager was Anchor Health Properties.
