Kelly Butler, PharmD
Kelly Butler, PharmD is a graduate of University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Dr. Butler completed her PGY-1 Managed Care Pharmacy Residency at Horizon NJ Health in West Trenton, N.J. Dr. Butler has worked at Paoli Hospital as the clinical pharmacist for over fifteen years and recently moved into the role as Transitions of Care Clinical Pharmacist at the end of 2021. She is the residency preceptor for Project Red/Transitions of Care and is the preceptor for the cardiology rotation. Her areas of service include cardiology, internal medicine, and med/surgery. She is the lead pharmacist for our heart failure and readmissions program.

Lisa Case, PharmD
Lisa Case, BS, PharmD, is a graduate of University of Illinois at Chicago where she studied exercise physiology in the school of kinesiology before completing her PharmD in 2004. Dr. Case has 20 years of experience in settings including retail, ambulatory care, and hospital pharmacy. Lisa started at Paoli Hospital in 2009 supporting the main pharmacy, OR, cancer centers, and helped cover infectious disease stewardship. In 2024, Lisa transitioned to a new role as a clinical pharmacist in infectious diseases and serves as a co-preceptor for the Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Stewardship rotations. In her free time, Lisa enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family. She’s a transplant from Chicago, but don’t worry, she no longer refers to soda as pop.

Al Celidonio, RPh
Al Celidonio, RPh is a graduate of University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Al has been the Director of Pharmacy Services at Paoli Hospital for the past 14 years. Al has worked as a pharmacist for more than 25 years with clinical experiences in critical care, medical / surgical services, neonatal intensive care, oncology, cardiology, and rehabilitation pharmacy services. Al established the PGY-1 program in July 2012 and acts as the Program Director as well as preceptor for the pharmacy management rotation. In addition, Al precepts residents on longitudinal experiences for P&T Committee and the Nursing-Pharmacy Medication Safety Committee. On a personal level, Al is an avid golfer and loyal Philadelphia sports fan.
Nicole Formica, PharmD
Nicole Formica, PharmD is a graduate of Temple University School of Pharmacy. She has been practicing for over 20 years with experience in retail, PBM, psychiatric and hospital pharmacy. She joined Main Line Health in 2021 as a night shift pharmacist and subsequently transitioned to day shift staffing in the Collegeville and Paoli cancer centers and main pharmacy. Nicole is a co-preceptor for the hematology/oncology elective rotation. After 40 years of living in Philly, Nicole’s family took the plunge and moved to the suburbs, but she cannot let go of her Philly lingo (water = wooder). In her spare time with 3 kids, 2 dogs and a husband, she enjoys eating, sleeping, reading and traveling (in that order), and cheering on PSU.
Marissa Hadley, PharmD, BCPS
Marissa Hadley, PharmD, BCPS, is a graduate of Cedarville University School of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Paoli Hospital in 2017 and continued her career at Paoli as a staff pharmacist. Dr. Hadley serves as a co-preceptor for the general pharmacy practice/orientation rotation and is the primary preceptor for the longitudinal staffing rotation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and running/working out.

Andrea Lordan, MS, PharmD, BCPS
Andrea Lordan, MS, PharmD, BCPS, is a graduate of Jefferson College of Pharmacy and also the University of Pittsburgh where she earned both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in neuroscience. She completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Paoli Hospital in 2017 and continued her career in the department as a staff pharmacist. In 2021, she transitioned to a new role as a clinical pharmacist. As part of the residency program, Andrea serves as the primary preceptor for the internal medicine rotation and co-preceptor for the pharmacy and therapeutics committee rotation. In her spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball, watching Philadelphia sports, and spending time with family, friends, and her two young children.
Gina Lynch, RPh
Gina Lynch, RPh is a Duquesne University graduate. She worked as a pharmacist at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh for 23 years before moving to Villanova in 2019. She is the Emergency Medicine pharmacist here at Paoli. In addition to precepting the IPPE and APPE students in the emergency department, she is also an active member of the Paoli hospital Stroke Committee and a member of the trauma team. Gina is the residency preceptor for the Emergency Medicine rotation which is a fast paced, challenging and interesting rotation. The residents enjoy experiencing the pharmacist's demanding role in the emergency department. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her 4 children.

Alyssa Moore, PharmD
Alyssa Moore, PharmD is a graduate of Temple University School of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Paoli Hospital in 2021 and continued her career in the department as a staff pharmacist. Alyssa is the Assistant Director of the PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program and co-precepts the general pharmacy practice/orientation rotation. She also serves as the pharmacy department safety coach. She enjoys staying active through weightlifting and hiking, and loves spending her spare time with friends, family, and her two cats.

Dan O’Loughlin, BS, PharmD, Pharmacy Manager
Dan O’Loughlin, BS, PharmD, is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science where he earned both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees. Dr. O’Loughlin completed a residency in Pediatric Pharmacotherapy at Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science in conjunction with Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper University Medical Center in Camden, NJ. Dr. O’Loughlin has over 25 years of experience in many aspects of Pharmacy practice including academia, pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy informatics, and pharmacy management. His current interests include pharmacy operations, sterile compounding, and informatics. Dr. O’Loughlin serves as co-preceptor for the practice management rotation. When not at work he enjoys spending time with family and coaching youth sports.

Deena Rojek, BS, PharmD
Deena Rojek, BS, PharmD is a graduate of the Appalachian College of Pharmacy in Virginia and also the University of Pittsburgh where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. She completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Paoli Hospital in 2015. She continued her career at Paoli Hospital as an emergency department pharmacist. In 2020, she transitioned to an Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacist role. She is the primary preceptor for the Infectious Diseases Rotation. When not at work, Deena enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking and working out.

Joseph Stuccio, RPh, MS
Joseph Stuccio BS, Pharm, MS is a graduate of Temple University School of Pharmacy, the University of Scranton and also Penn State University where he obtained his graduate degree in Information Science. He has practiced pharmacy within Main Line Health for 15 years and has backgrounds in home intravenous therapy, health care consulting and software installations. He helped organize and implement the medication regimen review component of the senior oncology program now in place at the Cancer Center of Paoli Hospital and helps orient residents and students to their oncology experience. Joe is the primary preceptor for the outpatient hematology/oncology rotation. Joe and his wife Anne are proud parents of three beautiful daughters and reside in Downingtown, Pa.

Kiyo Yoda, PharmD
Kiyo Yoda, PharmD is a graduate of Temple University School of Pharmacy and completed an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, Calif. Dr. Yoda is the pharmacy clinical coordinator and investigational research pharmacist at Paoli Hospital. In addition to her responsibilities as a clinical coordinator and investigational research pharmacist, she is the residency preceptor for the critical care, drug information and pain and palliative care rotations. She is the primary coordinator/evaluator for Hospital IPPE/APPE students from area pharmacy schools. She is also a pharmacist champion for the system pain committee and pain and palliative care team. Her current primary areas of interests are pain management, opioid safety, sedation/analgesia and community education.
