Dr. Khojasteh is the new director of Pain Medicine at Lankenau Medical Center and is an anesthesiologist specializing in pain management in adults and children. He is fellowship trained in adult and pediatric interventional pain management with the goal of identifying and designing a treatment plan aimed at functional restoration. By utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, including interventional procedures, opioid sparing medication management, physical therapy and behavioral health, Dr. Khojasteh is able to return patients to a healthy, active and productive lifestyle.
Dr. Khojasteh treats patients of all ages. Some of the procedures he performs includes epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation procedures, knee injections, shoulder injection, occipital nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulator trials, and intrathecal pump trials.
