I grew up on the Main Line, went to college at Brown University, then lived and worked in San Francisco for several years. I returned to Philadelphia for medical school at what is now Drexel (was Medical College of Pennsylvania - Hahnemann), then moved to North Carolina for six years where I completed pediatric residency followed by pediatric endocrinology fellowship at UNC Chapel Hill. My two oldest sons were born in Chapel Hill. I moved home to the Philadelphia area to work as a pediatric endocrinologist for Nemours, where I worked for 13 years prior to leaving to start a private practice in September of 2018. I am also an associate professor of Pediatrics at the Sidney Kimmel School of Medicine at Thomas Jefferson and work with medical students and pediatric residents. I am married to Clymer Bardsley and have four boys. Learn more about Dr. Bardsley by visiting marthabardsleymd.com.
