Dr. Eisen is a cardiologist specializing in the care of patients with heart failure, who has spent decades leading heart failure and cardiac transplant programs in the region. He is a widely recognized authority on current and emerging standards for diagnosing and managing all types and stages of heart failure, particularly complex and advanced disease. Dr. Eisen’s goal is to avoid worsening heart failure in people with mild to moderate disease and to offer the best-available options to control symptoms and prolong life in those with severe disease. In addition to his expertise in heart failure, Dr. Eisen diagnoses and treats coronary artery disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, valvular heart disease and abnormal heart rhythms.
