SmokeFree Smoking Cessation Program
The SmokeFREE Program helps tobacco and nicotine users quit products including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco and electronic cigarettes (vaping). There are six weekly sessions in each program. Sessions include information about stress management, healthy eating, coping skills, relapse prevention and other strategies. Participants may be eligible to receive FREE nicotine replacement therapy.
Summer 2026 programs:
- Tuesdays, July 14, 21, 28, August 4, 11, 18 — 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. (Virtual)
- Thursdays, July 30, August 6, 13, 20, 27, September 3 — 4 to 5 p.m. (Virtual)
- Tuesdays, September 8, 15, 22, 29, October 6, 13 — 10 to 11 a.m. (Virtual)
