Join us for a four-part series to discover a variety of integrative therapies that help reduce stress, restore balance and recharge your system during and after cancer care.

Mind – Finding calm (virtual session)
Tuesday, May 26 | 12–1 p.m. or 5–6 p.m.

Discover how mind-based therapies like music therapy, breathwork and mindfulness can improve focus, support emotional well-being and reduce stress.

Body – Restoring balance (virtual session)
Tuesday, June 2 | 12–1 p.m. or 5–6 p.m.

Explore how body-based therapies such as yoga, qigong and massage therapy can help relieve tension, improve strength and support recovery.

Energy – Recharging the system (virtual session)
Tuesday, June 9 | 12–1 p.m. or 5–6 p.m.

Learn how energy-based therapies like reiki, acupuncture and aromatherapy can help you feel more relaxed, ease discomfort, promote calm, and restore your energy and spirit.

Integrative Oasis – In-person workshop
Saturday, June 13 | 9:30–11:30 a.m. (registration at 9 a.m.)
