A Matter of Balance

Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. A Matter of Balance is an award winning eight-session program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels.

This program will be held at Main Line Health Broomall, Lawrence Park Shopping Center, Community Room 2, Lower Level.

This class meets on September 2, 4, 8, 11, 16, 18, 23, and 25 from 12 to 2 p.m.
