Take charge of your preventive care

Taking care of your health is crucial, and it all starts with having a primary care doctor who you trust and feel comfortable with. Your doctor is someone who you need to be open and honest with in order to stay healthy and live a long life.

As women, we're often the primary caregivers for our families, but it's important to remember that taking care of ourselves is not selfish. This includes regular check-ups and preventive care with a primary care and OB/GYN doctor who can help manage various aspects of our health.

Self-care can also help manage stress, which is linked to higher risks of conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes. Make sure to make time for yourself and use techniques like mindful meditation and relaxation to reduce stress and prioritize your well-being.
