Honey chicken kabobs

Ingredients

3 large yellow peppers
1 large onion
10 medium mushrooms
2 chicken breasts, bone and skin removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
Juice of ½ a lemon

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, honey and lemon juice well.
  2. Cut up the chicken breasts into three-inch slices and mix with the olive oil mixture. Let set for three to four hours.
  3. Cut up red onions into strips.
  4. Place two pieces of bell pepper and two mushrooms with two pieces on chicken in any order onto the skewers. Places onion strips throughout. Place skewers on grill until they are cooked thoroughly, about 15 minutes
