- 1 package cauliflower, frozen (10oz)
- 2 Tbsp milk, 2%, warmed
- Optional Seasonings: pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary, parsley flakes
- Cook cauliflower per package directions until very soft. Drain.
- Puree with milk in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Add seasoning of choice and serve hot.
