Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 8 packets of Splenda®
  • 6 tablespoons of protein powder
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 14 ounces of apple juice (no added sugar)

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
