Rosemary orange chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, approximately 3 oz. each
1 cup 100% orange juice
1 cup fat-free chicken broth
1½ tablespoons chopped rosemary leaves


Combine orange juice, rosemary and broth in a skillet and simmer for five minutes. Add the chicken and poach for five to eight minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Serving size: one 3 oz. piece of chicken
