Dark chocolate chip oat bars

Ingredients

1 large egg
½ cup fat-free plain or vanilla yogurt
½ cup Splenda brown sugar blend
1½ cups quick oats
2 tablespoons milled flaxseed
¼ cup bittersweet chocolate chips
Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Whisk egg with yogurt and brown sugar.
  2. Blend in oats and flax seed.
  3. Add chocolate chips.
  4. Spread mixture in an 8-inch square pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Cut into bars.
