Vice President and Executive Director of Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital and HomeCare & Hospice

Rosadele (Rose) Plumari serves as the Vice President and Executive Director of Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital and HomeCare & Hospice. Rose, who has over 30 years of innovative leadership experience, joined the System in 1992.

As the Vice President and Executive Director of Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital and HomeCare & Hospice, Rose leads strategy and operations, partnering with other executive leaders and medical staff to drive results in line with Main Line Health’s mission, vision, values and Strategic Plan.

Rose is recognized for her strategic leadership style by working across all lines in the System. Rose takes an innovative approach to meeting quality, safety, staffing and financial goals. She has experience in both acute and specialty care operations.

In her three decades with Main Line Health, Rose has led initiatives that strengthened patient care and operational excellence across the System. She collaborated with other senior leaders to oversee the COVID Command Center during the pandemic and supported the launch of the Window Visit Program to safely connect patients with their loved ones. She introduced Project SEARCH to Main Line Health, a vocational rehabilitation program that supports adults with disabilities by helping them develop transferable work skills. Additionally, Rose’s focus on resource management has recovered millions in previously denied insurance claims, reinforcing the System’s ability to invest in programs and services that enhance the patient experience.

Prior to her role as Vice President and Executive Director of Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital and HomeCare & Hospice, Rose served as the System Director of Care Management, where she led operations across all five hospitals. She developed a transformational care management realignment plan that improved patient outcomes and reduced operating costs. She also led numerous other initiatives that increased performance, efficiency and employee engagement.

Rose earned a master’s degree in social work from Temple University and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Arcadia University.
