Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Luke Olenoski serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Main Line Health. Luke, who has nearly 20 years of experience in Information Technology leadership, joined Main Line Health in 2020.

As the Chief Information Officer for Main Line Health, he leads the strategy, planning and implementation of Information Technology and Cybersecurity across the System.

Before joining Main Line Health, Luke served in numerous executive leadership roles at the Vanguard Group for their IT and Audit organizations. He led multi-year global transformation programs in the areas of IT Operations and Cybersecurity. Throughout his career, he established a strong track record of aligning technology solutions to strategic business opportunities.

In 2024, Luke received the Philadelphia ORBIE Award for technology leadership, recognizing Main Line Health's excellence in technology leadership and innovation.

Luke earned an Executive Master of Business Administration — graduating Beta Gamma Sigma — and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Villanova University.

Luke plays an active role in the greater Philadelphia area community, supporting youth sports programs and serving as an adjunct faculty member for Villanova's graduate programs.
