Senior Vice President, Facilities Design and Construction
Jennifer Denault serves as the Senior Vice President of Facilities Design and Construction for Main Line Health. Jennifer, an accomplished healthcare executive with three decades of progressive leadership experience, joined the System in 2025.
In this role, she is responsible for guiding the design, development and construction of facilities across the System, including hospitals, medical offices and supporting locations. Her work ensures that Main Line Health’s physical environment meets the needs of patients, colleagues and the communities we serve.
Jennifer has a demonstrated track record of creating clinical and non-clinical facilities that drive operational excellence, enhance patient care and foster sustainable institutional growth. Jennifer joins Main Line Health from University Hospital, a 500-bed academic medical center in Newark, New Jersey, where she has served as Senior Vice President of Construction, Real Estate and Facilities.
Under her leadership at University Hospital, Jennifer guided the planning and rollout of a $1.8 billion master plan, a transformative blueprint rooted in community engagement, clinical integration and teamwork, while also managing a wide range of additional projects and operational responsibilities. In her role, Jennifer built high-performing teams and led strategic initiatives that improved safety, operational performance and patient experience, including the recent modernization efforts of University Hospital’s Emergency Department.
Prior to University Hospital, Jennifer served as Head of Project Development for North Central Florida-based Scorpio Construction Corporation, as well as held the role of COO of the Cade Museum for Creativity & Invention located in Gainesville, Florida and Executive Director for the American Heart Association chapter in Alachua County, Florida.
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.
