Main Line Health names new Chair and three Trustees to Board of Governors

Main Line Health has named Yassmin Gramian, Stephen Kelly and Robert J. McNeill as new Trustees to its Board of Governors, effective July 1, 2026. Christopher Bruner has also been named Chair of the Board of Governors, succeeding Steve Higgins, who served as Chair since 2023.

With distinguished careers in transportation, business strategy, higher education and professional services, Gramian, Kelly and McNeill join the volunteer governing body responsible for overseeing and guiding the not-for-profit health system.

Christopher L. Bruner, who has been a Trustee since 2017, is a retired Partner at EY, where he spent 38 years with the firm, including 26 years as a partner. He also led EY's East Region Center for Board Matters, advising boards and executive leaders on governance, oversight and complex strategic issues. Bruner also serves on the board of directors for Essential Utilities, Inc., one of the nation's largest publicly traded water, wastewater and natural gas providers.

Bruner earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Indiana University. He also serves as Chair of the Board for the Highmark Mann Center for the Performing Arts, is an Advisory Board Member at The Alliance Group and serves on the Board of Governors and as Treasurer of Merion Golf Club.

Yassmin Gramian is the former Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), where she led one of the nation's largest transportation agencies, overseeing a $10 billion annual program while advancing innovative infrastructure initiatives. She brings more than 35 years of executive leadership experience spanning public service, engineering, policy and strategic advisory roles. She currently advises transportation technology companies and infrastructure partners on strategic growth, innovative financing, alternative project delivery and digital transformation.

Gramian earned a master's degree and bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Michigan and completed executive education at Dartmouth College.

Stephen Kelly is a Professor of the Practice in the Villanova University School of Business, specializing in strategy. Before joining Villanova in 2018, Kelly spent 20 years with McKinsey & Company, where he served as a Senior Partner and Head of the Philadelphia Office. Throughout his career, he advised leading organizations across the healthcare, financial services, technology and the public sector on strategy, growth, innovation and digital transformation. Kelly also serves on the Board of Trustees of The Franklin Institute, where he chairs the Nominating and Board Resources Committee.

Kelly earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a bachelor's degree in economics and government from the University of Virginia.

Robert J. McNeill is a partner with Deloitte LLP. He is the former Managing Partner of Deloitte's Greater Philadelphia practice, where he led more than 2,000 professionals and oversaw the firm's strategy for growth, client service and corporate citizenship across the region. During his more than 35-year career, McNeill held numerous leadership positions and advised public and private organizations across a wide range of industries. He is an active civic leader, serving on several nonprofit boards focused on economic development, education and strengthening Greater Philadelphia's global profile.

McNeill earned a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Villanova University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
