Tal Zivan, MD
Dr. Zivan is a general cardiologist specializing in all aspects of heart health for adults. He also has expertise in advanced heart imaging tests that help evaluate a person’s risk for or degree of heart disease, including cardiac computed tomography (CT) and positron emission tomography (PET) scans. Much of Dr. Zivan’s practice is dedicated to caring for people with or at risk for common heart and vascular (blood vessel) disorders such as coronary artery disease, high cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, valvular heart disease, abnormal heart rhythms, and heart failure. He has a particular interest in helping people avoid coronary artery disease via a wholesome approach that includes assessing risk, controlling blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and adopting heart-healthy habits. He is also interested in managing heart conditions in athletes and active individuals with a spectrum of heart health problems.
