Sara Nicholas, MD

Dr. Sara Nicholas is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist (Perinatologist) with a special interest in prematurity, fetal diagnosis, multiple gestation, and maternal medical conditions which complicate pregnancy. Dr. Nicholas graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University. She then attended the Medical University of South Carolina, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She completed training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Washington University in St Louis, followed by fellowship training in Maternal Fetal Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Nicholas is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine, and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine. She has been a member of Main Line Perinatal Associates, serving the pregnant population of Lankenau, Bryn Mawr, Paoli, and Riddle Hospitals, since 2013. Dr. Nicholas is married with 3 young children.
