Michael L. Tobin, MD
Dr. Michael Tobin grew up in Maplewood, NJ. He attended Rutgers University, where he graduated with High Honors, and worked briefly as a research scientist before attending medical school at New Jersey Medical School. He then completed his Internal Medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he also served as Chief Medical Resident, and remained at Jefferson for his fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology and Vascular Ultrasound. He still maintains his commitment to medical education as an invited lecturer at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Tobin has a patient-focused general cardiology practice, with special interests and expertise in cardiovascular imaging and critical care cardiology.
