What I love most about being an otolaryngologist is the opportunity to make a meaningful, lasting difference in my patients’ lives. I enjoy the combination of surgery and medicine, particularly when I can offer a treatment that allows someone to hear better, breathe easier, sleep more soundly, or simply get back to living without the limitations of their condition. ENT care often begins in childhood and continues through adulthood, and I feel fortunate to care for multiple generations within the same family. My goal is to build trusting relationships with patients, understand what matters most to them, and provide families with comprehensive, specialized ENT care without having to travel outside of their community.

Laura McDavid, DO
Dr. McDavid is an otolaryngologist providing comprehensive ear, nose and throat care for children and adults. After receiving her medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University–DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, she went on to complete her residency in Otolaryngology at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. McDavid has broad clinical and surgical experience in the management of common and complex ENT conditions, including ear disease and hearing loss, chronic sinus and nasal disorders, tonsil and adenoid disease, sleep apnea, swallowing disorders, thyroid disease and parathyroid disease. She is a member of several national and regional professional organizations dedicated to otolaryngology and head and neck surgery.
