About

Kimberly Morrison, LCSW

Kim is a licensed clinical social worker with experience addressing the psychological needs of adolescents, adults and families through both individual and group psychotherapies. Her past work experience includes providing mental health and drug and alcohol therapy to pregnant and parenting women, as well as delivering social services and psychotherapy to criminal justice populations. Kim graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Pittsburgh's School of Social Work and afterwards received her masters of social service from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. At that time, she also had the distinction of being selected as a student presenter at American Family Therapy Academy's annual conference. Kim later returned to Bryn Mawr College for a post-masters certificate in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She often utilizes these CBT techniques in her practice as a clinician, but also focuses on how family systems and attachment patterns impact an individual's perspective and thought process. Kim is honored to currently have the opportunity to assist women and their families in restoring their emotional wellness.
