The Teaching Kitchen at Main Line Health King of Prussia is providing an educational series (June-September) that will explore how and why to fill your plate with local and colorful fruit, vegetables, and herbs. Learn about the health benefits of each color group with recipes that make healthy eating vibrant and delicious. A different color group and new recipes will be featured each month.
