Main Line Health Cancer Care offers survivorship educational seminars to support Thriving During and After Cancer Treatment.

Eating healthy is important for your body and mind. Nutrient-dense foods provide vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that can help your body heal and lower the risk of illness. Side effects from cancer and treatment, such as weight changes or nausea, can change your relationship with food and make it challenging to get the right nutrients.

After treatment, reestablishing a well-balanced diet can help you regain strength, boost energy, and support your long-term health.

Join us to:

  • Learn about healthy food choices and how nutrition affects your body
  • Discover simple ways to add healthy eating into your routine
  • Debunk common nutrition myths and get answers to your questions from experts
  • Enjoy a recipe demonstration

Speakers:
Carolyn Farhy MS, RDN, LDN, Oncology Dietician, Main Line Health
