KOP Kitchen: Eat the Rainbow

Eat the Rainbow Summer Education Series – The Teaching Kitchen and the Roof Top Farm at Main Line Health King of Prussia are joining together for an educational series (June-August) that will explore how and why to fill your plate with local and colorful fruit, vegetables, and herbs.  Learn about the health benefits of each color group with recipes that make healthy eating vibrant and delicious.  Meet our farmer! Learn about the Roof Top Farm and the vegetables and herbs growing there. (Actual visits to the Roof Top Farm are weather and farmer dependent). Meet on the 6^th floor in The Teaching Kitchen.
