Stretch Your Limits

Senior Programs

This free, virtual program for adults 55 and older that includes strength training and stretching with modified yoga and chair tai chi. A sturdy chair without arms is also needed and space to move forward, back and side to side.

Participants must register 48-hours prior to each class (weekends and holidays excluded in the 48-hour registration).

If you are new to the program, please email CommunityOutreach@mlhs.org and a participant waiver will be emailed to you. The waiver must be filled out and returned prior to your first class.
